SFFD Death – A San Francisco fireman kicked the bucket Wednesday morning in the wake of tumbling from a raised situation during a preparation work out.
San Francisco Fire Lieutenant Jonathan Baxter affirmed the personality of the fireman paramedic as 42-year-old Jason Cortez.
Baxter said around 10 a.m. Cortez has harmed around during a drill at the Division of Training at nineteenth and Folsom Streets. He was shipped to San Francisco General Hospital where he kicked the bucket from his wounds.
“This is a difficult time as Jason was exceptionally enjoyed in our specialization,” the fire lieutenant said. Including, “He’s a companion to all. He’s a backer for public wellbeing.”
Cortez started his vocation as a paramedic at Station 49 out of 2007. He later went to the fire foundation and graduated as a fireman paramedic relegated to Station 3 in San Francisco’s Tenderloin, one of the busiest fire stations in the nation.
