Madge Sinclair Cause of Death – Madge Sinclair, an entertainer who showed up on TV and in film, passed on Wednesday at Good Samaritan Hospital in Los Angeles. She was 57.
She had leukemia for a very long time, said an ABC representative, Julian Myers.
Ms. Sinclair, who played Bell in the 1977 ABC small arrangement “Roots,” was brought into the world in Kingston, Jamaica. She was a teacher until she moved to New York City at 30 years old.
Her initial credits remembered the part of Clytemnestra for the New York Shakespeare Festival creation of “The Wedding of Iphigenia” in 1971. She made her film debut in 1974, inverse Jon Voight in “Conrack.”
