Larry Bagwell Obituary – Larry Bagwell Death | Larry Bagwell has died calmly on Friday, September 17, 2021. Bagwell filled in as an individual from the Easley City Council beginning from 1979 to 2008, Bagwell was then chosen as Mayor and stayed in office from 2008 to 2020. He will be beyond all doubt missed by his loved ones.

Bagwell’s effect and achievements run profound inside the City of Easley, he was known to be a stunning individual, he contributed extraordinarily to his local area and country. Bagwell was a 1955 alumni of Easley High School, playing quarterback and linebacker. Bagwell trained the school’s football crew from 1967 to 1992.

Bagwell experienced a stroke in June, said Chris Mann, a previous city board part who has considered Bagwell a substitute dad since he was a youngster and played for Bagwell. Bagwell instructed at Easley from 1967 to 1991, resigning in the spring of 1992. He directed the Green Wave to state titles in 1967 and 1972, with the two groups going 13-0.
