Jay Scott Greenspan (conceived September 23, 1959), known by his stage name Jason Alexander, is an American entertainer, comic, vocalist, and chief. Alexander is most popular for his part as George Costanza in the TV arrangement Seinfeld (1989–1998), for which he was selected for seven continuous Primetime Emmy Awards and four Golden Globe Awards.
Other notable jobs incorporate Phillip Stuckey in the film Pretty Woman (1990), entertainment figure of grotesqueness Hugo in the Disney energized highlight The Hunchback of Notre Dame (1996), and the title character in the enlivened arrangement Duckman (1994–1997).
He has additionally shown up on shows, for example, Dream On (1994), Curb Your Enthusiasm (2001, 2009) and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (2019). For his part in Dream On, he was assigned for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series.
