Our Shipping Policy:
Though we do our best to ensure that our website is up-to-date, we do generally carry one of each style per color, so occasionally we sell out of certain products. We will notify you via email if an item you have ordered is out of stock or on back order. Your credit card will only be charged for items that are shipped to you.
Ordering by Phone:
We are (almost) always here to help you find the perfect accessories over the phone at 312.226.BAGS (2247). (Can you believe that we got that phone number??? Thanks Steve!) In addition, we carry some items in our store that are not featured online, so we may be able to suggest alternatives to items on our website.
Bess & Loie accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Orders placed on weekdays before 6pm CST will be shipped the following business day, after credit card verification. Any orders placed after 6pm CST will be shipped and and processed on the 2nd business day following the order. We offer Saturday delivery, but this will affect your shipping cost. Please call if you need your merchandise delivered on a Saturday before placing your order online.
All packages shipped within Illinois will be charged an additional 10.25% sales tax.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchases. Therefore, we accept returns for items that are non-sale, non-damaged, and unused for full refund to your credit card, excluding any shipping charges. (This applies ONLY to items that were purchased online).
All returns must be postmarked within 21 days of your purchase. Returns postmarked after this time will not be honored. All sale items are final sale.
Bess & Loie is not responsible for damages that occur during the care of an item such as polishing or cleaning. Because we are not responsible for damages or losses incurred during the return shipping process, we recommend insuring all returns.
We call this the pinched purse. It just works. Its super ummm….crinkly, smushy. We just want to squeeze it all the time. Pinch its cheeks. Martine Sitbon does it again. Beautiful leather, gorgeous two toned brown- snake embossed trim in a lighter brown, chocolate brown body. It just looks luxe. Plenty roomy for your stuff, but not overwhelmingly large.
